I have the honour to forward for the signification of His Majesty's pleasure the following Ordinance entitled:-

Enclosure 1. (Duplicate.) Enclosure 2. Enclosure 3.

An Ordinance for the incorporation of the Hongkong College of Medicine.

2. The customary report by the Attorney-General is annexed, together with the Certificate regarding the advertisement of the Ordinance required under No. XXIII of the Royal Instructions.
